Group Fitness Classes

Want to learn new movements in a supportive and inclusive environment?

Group fitness and Mini Group classes are designed to build strength and movement habits in a fun way. Embrace the potential in you!

What to Expect:

-          Group (45 minute, up to 8 participants) and Mini Group (30 minute, up to 4 participants) classes include movements of strength, balance, mobility, and more!

-          Use of various equipment to target different muscles.

-          Multiple circuits per class, covering resistance training to cardio.

-          A warm-up and cooldown

-          Adaptable exercises

Benefits of attending group and mini-group classes:

-          Increase physical strength and coordination.

-          Become stronger together while socially interacting in a supportive environment.

-          Feel good! Exercise can boost confidence and lead to healthier habits.

Ages 13 and up.

About Jen:

Jen, a NASM-certified personal trainer with four years of gym experience, specializes in strength training, HIIT classes, mobility, and personalized 1-on-1 coaching. Passionate about sports and fitness from a young age, with track and gymnastics as her chosen sports, Jen believes in the connection between one's truest self and their strength. She enjoys witnessing the "light-bulb" moments where people achieve things they never realized were possible, and confidence increases.
