Nutrition and Grocery Shopping

First hand (in-store) simple and easy ways to find healthy ready to go foods, followed by a DIY snack plate for each person to create and take with them.. Each participant will receive a $10 gift card to “try out the lesson” and check-out. This is being held at the Hannaford Supermarkets on Wolf Road in Colonie. You are responsible for your own transportation to the store.

This class focuses on utilizing various payment methods (cash, debit cards, electronic money transfers, and credit cards.)

Topic: My First Job:  Paycheck Basics

This class looks at understanding a paystub, explaining the difference between gross and net income, review basic working day commendations, ways to get paid, and how to prepare for an interview.
