Let’s Grow Occupational Therapy is offering Occupational Therapy Evaluations with individuals ages 4+ years old, at BOTS. Assessment tools and time required for each evaluation session varies, as appropriate to individual needs.
Gwen Rudnick is a NYS-licensed, SIPT-certified, and NBCOT-registered occupational therapist with 30+ years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, prioritizing a sensory processing perspective.

We accept private payment for evaluations, based on an hourly rate.
All participants at BOTS need to complete a waiver. If it has already been signed, no need to sign twice.
