- Focused on form, education, and building overall fitness progressions and confidence!
- Customized to meet each participant at their current level of fitness and preferences.
- Multiple pieces of equipment used. 30 minutes each session.

About Jen:
Jen, a NASM-certified personal trainer with four years of gym experience, specializes in strength training, HIIT classes, mobility, and personalized 1-on-1 coaching. Passionate about sports and fitness from a young age, with track and gymnastics as her chosen sports, Jen believes in the connection between one's truest self and their strength. She enjoys witnessing the "light-bulb" moments where people achieve things they never realized were possible, and confidence increases.
