Re-Schedule and Refund Policy.

EFFECTIVE January 20, 2024

We are updating our refund policy for two reasons. The first is due to a change by our processor relative to refunds. Second is to be respectful of the time, planning and costs of our class/workshop instructors.

All appointments can be re-scheduled without cost.  We know “stuff happens”.

 For any requested refund of open play, the refund will be a $1 reduction for one hour of play and a $2 reduction for open play siblings.

For any requested refund of a scheduled class (not re-scheduled) the following will apply.

Requests 3 days or more — refund of 85% of payment.

Requests 2 days or less —- refund of 75% of payment.

For any requested refund of a series of classes the following will apply.

Requests 4 days or more — refund will be 85% of payment.

Requests 3 days or less — refund will be 50% of payment.
